- Kingswood Resort Hotel – Fredericton NB – provided business case / operational support – Resort Hotel approvals – strategic partnerships – plans for a indoor Water Play Park
- Country Meadows – Hammonds Plains NS – project coordinator – 7 seniors apartment buildings 335 units – site planning and approval process
- Ridge View Village – Truro Heights NS – a former golf course property created a plan for an exciting 50+ seniors active living duplex development with 86 units – moving through the approval stages – plan to start in the spring / summer
