Project Analysis
Initial meeting with the client to understand property and their ideas. Review mapping, property and surrounding area – develop a strategy for the best use of their property and project.
Creative Planning
Work with creative site planners to get the best solutions for the property, answering the needs and goals of the principal/owner.
Strategic Partnerships
In looking at the project we determine which strategic partners may be of assistance – developer – builder – investors – design groups – engineers.
Business Case
We create an initial Business Case to help the client and potential strategic partners see the financial return as well as sustainability of their project/dream.
Implementation
We then take the project through all the design – planning – engineering – approval processes. Packaging it to attract the needed strategic partners whether for a sale – investor – lender – lots – homes.
